Well, for me they're the same man, and there would be very little the Doctor wouldn't do for Rose. They do have slightly different personalities and I'm sure Nine would have struggled more with trying to make things perfect for Rose, but in the end, would have resulted in similar humourous disasters. And besides a few quirks, I think Ten and Tentoo are much more alike. ^__^
